these smell practically jdentical to my kitties chicken churus, with a ton of the same ingredients. our pup went to the vet for the first time and they gave her a churu after her appointment, which she proceeded to obsess over lol. i didn't realize there were dog-formulated ingredients, so it was pretty exciting to stumble across these. she really loves these, and i will likely be buying more when we run out

I love that these packets are portable, shelf-stable, and easy to open (even with wet hands). The mousse-like texture is on the runny end, which makes them very easy to dispense. My primary use for these is on the lick mat to distract my dog during her bath, and these are perfect for that. They would also be great to carry in your treat pouch as a high value treat for an emergency recall. This chicken mousse smells good to me and my dog enjoys it. So, 5 stars for the pouch manufacturing, palatability, and portability.I took off a star because these are a bit spendy at more than a dollar per stick, with only 0.5 ounces per stick. (Tiki Cat Stix are a comparable option at a lower price.) Also, I'd like to know what the daily limit for these treats should be based on the size of the dog - that information was not available on the packaging or in the listing at time of purchase. These are a prebiotic, so essentially they're fiber to feed gut bacteria, but overdoing prebiotics can cause intestinal discomfort with results like gas and diarrhea, so having some guidelines on daily limits would be helpful.
