How do I know if your products are right for my pet?
We aim for total transparency to make it easy to make the best decisions for your pest. Firstly, we encourage you to read our ingredients labels to ensure your pet isn't allergic to any ingredients in our formulations. We always formulate with straightforward, clean ingredients, so there are no surprises. Secondly, all pets can benefit from a more robust microbiome, so if your pet's not allergic to the ingredients, we feel great about recommending you give them a try!
How long do your products last?
The majority of our products have a minimum one-year shelf life. You'll also find specific expiration dates printed on each individual product. (But if your pet loves them as much a we do, we expect they'll finish them off much sooner than that!)
What if my pet doesn't like it?
Like anything new, it can take a few exposures for your pet to get used to it. They're just like human babies in many ways! If they still won't eat it, you could offer to a rescue or someone else in your community, or return it to us if it's within 30 days of purchase.
What makes JoyFull products different from other companies?
We strive to make formulation decisions based on the science, and not marketing gimmicks. For example, when it comes to our probiotic, other companies tout several strains to claim higher CFU activity counts, but we've found that not only can this be misleading since some strains are cheaper to produce than others, but that having more probiotic strains can increase the likelihood of intolerance.
